I absolutely love this modak! I decided to try it because of a food blogger that I follow on Instagram, and I'm glad I did. I love modak, period, but in comparison to others that are also 100% and unsweetened, Santa Barbara chocolate is smooth and easy to eat. I eat a little on a daily basis.
